Sunny Apartments had been successfully operating short term vacation rental complex in Blue Bay for the past 7 years with 10 apartments known as the Sunny Curacao – Blue Bay Lodges. Sunny Apartments wanted to purchase the adjacent plot of land to expand the complex with 4 more lodges, a front desk area for guests, upgrading common grounds and a general facilities and maintenance supplies. For these specific reasons, Sunny Apartments was seeking a financing of ANG 2.2 million.
