Grand Hill – The Curacao Financial Group’s newest gem.

In November of 2018, The Curacao Financial Group, together with a group of investors in Curacao and the Netherlands, acquired the "Parrot Hill Vacation Park" in Curacao and rebranded it to Grand Hill.

The resort was part of an estate and had been vacated since 2011.

The Senior Activity Center

Grand Hill (www.grandhillcuracao.com) also rented an associated building across the street from the resort, which it converted into a modern day care center for seniors in a short period of time. The activity center offers space to approximately 40 seniors per day.

The Grand Hill activity center is being run by Kristy Niessen. As a former owner of the home care company Senior Companions, she has years of experience with the elderly. "The starting point of the Grand Hill activity center is to work on the quality of life of our elderly by gracefully encouraging them to stay active on a daily basis," she says.

The Assisted Living Resort

After a thorough renovation, which will be executed in the first half of 2019, Grand Hill’s 15 apartments will be part of an Assisted Living concept. These apartments will be rented out to seniors who would like to live in a safe and protected environment. Grand Hill will provide additional services such as: tailor made-care, 24/7 professional assistance on premises, emergency call system and security. But also cleaning, laundry and meal services

Besides that, Grand Hill will provide guidance and activities to them, partially in the mentioned Activity Center.

At a later stage, the intention is to further expand the resort with 40-50 units on an adjacent plot of 8,000 m2.

Visit Grand Hill Resort during the open days on Saturday, 6, 13 or 20 of July, from 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM, and have a look for yourself. It is our pleasure to welcome you and show you around.
